After lodging your application, the North Korea visa will be issued on a separate paper and not on your passport. The tour operator will collect the visa on your behalf and hand over your visa copy on the day of your tour departure.

- If you want to combine nature with history, then you must visit the Pyongyang Ethnographic Park. The Juche Idea tower also offers a fantastic view of the Daedong River. North Korea also has some breathtaking mountains like Mount Kumgang and Mount Myohyang.
- For sports enthusiasts, the Masik Pass Ski Resort is a perfect place. There are facilities for golf and horse riding. Don’t forget to try the delicious North Korean cuisine like Naengmyeon or cold noodle soup and barbecued clam!

Other North Korea Visa types
- At present, just two types of visas issued by North Korea, namely Tourist Visas and Business Visas and both these are processed by Akbar Travels.
- Only tourist and business visas are available for Indians travelling to North Korea. Citizens of 19 countries who hold service or diplomatic passports can visit North Korea without a visa.
