Upon arrival, following immigration formalities, baggage collection and customs, our airport representative or your tour leader will be waiting for you in the arrival waiting hall. Look out for the paging signboard for your name. Meet and Greet after transfer to your hotel. (Most flights arrive in Delhi in the late evening, so the rest of the day is at leisure. 200-Hour (30 Days) Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Ashram Mcleoganj India

200 hour Yoga program follows a tight schedule where almost each of the 6 to 7 training hours in the day are assigned to some aspect of yoga. You could find the Yoga training intensive but enlightening. Depending on the yoga Ashram the mornings can begin as early as 5:30 a.m. with meditation followed by some yoga postures and maybe some classes or lectures in philosophy or anatomy. Chanting and pranayama are also part of the schedule. During Yoga training, you are provided with two to three yoga meals, fruit refreshments, and green tea. Daily written homework is also the norm as that is how you will gain in-depth Yoga knowledge of the subject. Sleeping early is encouraged as that is part of yogic practice.

Yoga Teacher Training Dharamshala program will be the foundation stone in your journey to advance your Yoga practice, and to feel acquainted with different layers of Yogic Art & Science, and also to build Self-confidence in such a way, which will help you find your own unique Expression as an evolution of a Spontaneous Yoga Teacher by finding your voice. If you are an aspirant towards the skill of Teaching Yoga, you're in good hands: Since the beginning of our Yoga Teachers all around the world. We want you to understand the fundamentals of the skills of Teaching, so completion of this program will embark on the Journey of a successful Yoga teaching career.  Training program follows a tight schedule where almost each of the 6 to 7 training hours in the day are assigned to some aspect of yoga. You could find the Yoga training intensive but enlightening. Depending on the yoga Ashram the mornings can begin as early as 5:30 a.m. with meditation followed by some yoga postures and maybe some classes or lectures in philosophy or anatomy. Chanting and pranayama are also part of the schedule. During Yoga training, you are provided with two to three yoga meals, fruit refreshments, and green tea. Daily written homework is also the norm as that is how you will gain in-depth Yoga knowledge of the subject.  Sleeping early is encouraged as that is part of yogic practice.
