Two passport-sized photographs.
Certificate of Sponsorship [CoS] reference number provided by your employer.
Job title and annual salary.
Occupation code of the job.
Name and the sponsor license number of the employer.
Provide a certificate of your criminal record (if you work in education, healthcare, therapy, and social services).
Bank statement of last 6 months with sufficient balance; updated and attested. (Proving that you can support yourself financially in the UK).
Proof of knowledge of the English language (demonstrate skills by passing one of the secure English language tests). You do not have the need to provide this if you are from an English-speaking country such as the United States or have completed a qualification equivalent to a UK degree in an English-speaking country.

You still have the same job and the same occupation code when you were previously permitted to enter or stay in the UK.
You are still working for the employer who gave you your current certificate of sponsorship.

Validity of the UK Visa for Indians

The UK Skilled Worker visa allows you to stay in the country for up to 5 years and can be extended accordingly. If you wish to stay longer or if you want to change jobs or employers, you need to apply to extend or update your visa.

Processing Time of UK Visa Application
