A. Cancellations can be done online on https://www.akbartravels.com/MyAccount/CustomerProfile, Alternatively, you can also write to us at mysupport@akbartravels.com from your registered email id. Below are the steps to cancel online: Sign in to your account.Select the upcoming trip you wish to cancel.Select the passenger/s and sector/s you wish to cancel and click on submit.The system calculates your approximate refund amount. Accept and click on Submit. Note that we only accept online cancellation requests or those received via email from your registered ID
A. Login to https://www.akbartravels.com/utility/retrievebooking add your transaction ID and print your ticket.
A. You need to write to us on intlgroups@akbartravelsonline.com for International bookings and groups@akbartravelsonline.com for domestic bookings.
A. Rescheduling is permitted however on payment of amendment fees which differ from airline to airline. Please write to us at mysupport@akbartravels.com with your request at least 30hrs prior to departure. Anything less than 30hrs should be made directly with the airline.
A. Refunds are processed within 24hrs from the receipt of the cancelation request; however, it could take a minimum of 3 business days and a maximum of 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
A. Payments can be made through credit and debit cards, net banking, cash cards, gift cards, UPI and mobile wallets.
