Inclusions

- Vehicles will be allotted depending upon the group size E.G. 2-3 Sedan, 4-6 SUV, and 7-10 Tempo traveler or similar.
- To and fro drive in the AC vehicle to all major sightseeing as per the itinerary only.
- Meals: Daily breakfast at all hotel restaurants, NO breakfast on Day 1.

Exclusions
- Govt. Tax of 5.00% over and above the Tour Cost mentioned.
- Any transport services to or from your originating place to Ex hub as per itinerary.
- Any Air, Train, Bus, or Cruise fares to or from your originating place, unless specified.
- Entrance fees of all sightseeing places to be visited from inside.
- Any increase in Fuel Price and any applicability of new taxes from the Government.
- Any upgrade in the hotel or its room category and cost of pre or post-tour hotel accommodation.
- Cost of travel Insurance.
- Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, travel date change, accommodation facilities, etc. incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced Majeure circumstances during the tour.
- Porterage (coolie charges), tips, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, Sanctuary Park Fees, Camera Fee, Elephant / Horse / Pony Ride, Jeep Safari, In-room Heater, Boat Ride, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or beverages.
- Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
- Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
- High-season surcharges are applicable during Festive Season, Long Weekend, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year. Compulsory Gala Dinner charges are applicable during these mentioned travel periods [if any]. Additional Gala Dinner chargers will differ from hotel to hotel.
- Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column.
- Any extra sightseeing, services, or activity charges other than those included in the itinerary.
- Any cost incurred for such requirements should be borne by the guests.

- The above is only an offer and we are not holding any booking at this stage, booking would be subject to availability once confirmed by you along with guest details & guarantee to book.
- All Confirmations are subject to payment Received.
- In case if the hotels listed is unavailable, other similar class or upgraded hotel shall be provided.
- Once you booked, after any change in the date of travel, amendment/ re-routing of itinerary or change in hotels/room types, the cost will vary accordingly.
- Special requests like early check-in, Late Check-out, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms, smoking, non-smoking, views, floors, king, twin, are subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed prior.
- Vehicle will be for Arrival & Departure transfers and sightseeing mentioned in itinerary only.
- While traveling from one place to another place of Package tours & Excursions, driver will stop in the midways where you can fresh up and have the snacks etc.
- The Above itinerary can be shuffled if cases of change in climatic conditions, natural calamities, Flight schedule change and cancellation, closing of sightseeing for maintenance & public holiday.
- Cancellation will be levied on cancellation after the booking is confirmed and In case of No-Show 100% retention is chargeable. No refund will be provided for any unutilized services
- Flights, trains are regulated by governing authorities. Any changes in their regulation and increase / decrease / changes of costs/status/operation will be advised accordingly.
- We remind you to purchase suitable travel and health insurance cover during your travel.
- Kindly hold valid travel documents and statutory clearances, such as passports, visas, and insurance and immigration clearance. For instance, your Passport must be valid for at least six months subsequent to the scheduled departure date of the tour.
- Do not buy anything eatable from the street hawkers as it would not be hygienic.
