Registration and Sign-In
No, registration is optional, you can continue as a guest. However, if you wish to register with us, you are most welcome; though you shall get auto-registered once you add your email ID during the booking process.
Click on the register link on our website and fill in your details. You just need to follow the on-screen instructions thereafter.
You get the best available deals, lowest fares, options for holiday packages and much more. It also saves you from the hassle of entering your details over and over again.
All you need to do is click on the Forgot Password link and we will send you a temporary password on your registered email ID. Remember to change your password once you log in with the temporary password you receive.

Flights
While travelling the following documents will be required:
International Travel
- Copy of the e-ticket.
- Passport and valid Visa in case of foreign trips.
Domestic Travel
- Government issued valid photo identification like passport, pan card or Aadhar card for Indian Nationals.
- Foreign nationals have to hold a valid passport.
Cancellations can be done online; however, to confirm the same, you need to write to us at mysupport@akbartravels.com from a registered email id. Below are the steps to cancel online:
- Sign in to your account
- Select the upcoming trip you wish to cancel
- Select the passenger/s and sector/s you wish to cancel and click on submit
- The system calculates your approximate refund amount. Accept and click on ‘Submit’.
Note that we only accept online cancellation requests or those received via email from your registered email ID.
Some very important information that every passenger should know are:
- Any domestic schedule change should be made at least 48 hours prior to the departure time.
- Please verify the name of the passenger thoroughly; nicknames or alias should not be used as name changes are not permitted.
- For international travel the name on the reservation should match perfectly as per the passenger’s passport.
