1. Rates and Availability:
- Rates and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
- We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
2. Special Events and Peak Season:
- The displayed rates do not apply during Christmas, New Year, special events, peak season, and blackout dates.
- Additional surcharges may apply during these periods.
3. Double Sharing Basis:
- Rates mentioned are per person based on double sharing.
4. Cancellation Policy:
- The cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms and conditions.
5. Confirmation during Peak Season:
- In peak season, the package will be considered fully confirmed only after receiving confirmation from the local supplier.
- Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Akbar Holidays will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible assistance.
6. Late Payments:
- We reserve the right to refund the amount if the payment is received late and the package rate and availability are no longer valid.

This includes and is not limited to PCR testing, quarantine or vaccine requirements. Any cancellation policy or charges remain in effect and will be applied accordingly.
